Thank you for your support in purchasing one of our products from Iconic Alchemy. We're very proud of the products that we offer you that helps you achieve and maintain the skin of your dreams. With that being said, we have a few store rules that we hope you can understand. Please know, that we definitely appreciate your business.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

1. While we understand that all skin is different, we know that some products may not work for everyone. However, due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or cancellations at this time.

2. Once a product order has been placed, that order is processed quickly and shipped out within the next two business days. Therefore, cancellations are not accepted. Once an order has been placed, it is FINAL SALE.

3. Iconic Alchemy, LLC cannot guarantee that customers will not experience skin reactions to our products and cannot be held responsible should any occur. Please perform a patch test behind the ear or on inner elbow to ensure there are no negative skin reactions. Should you have a reaction, please discontinue use of product.

Unfortunately, we cannot refill any packaging due to sanitation regulations and logistics; we ask you please not ship them back, instead please recycle or reuse them.
